What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Supervisor position at T&R Contracting, Inc.?
We are looking for a motivated person interested in joining our team to coordinate team members to keep projects on schedule and under budget. Assist in keeping projects maintained for the safety of the team members and general public. Must be willing to assist crews on-site. Would need to review plans and blueprints to ensure the projects are constructed according to contract documents. Would provide direction for 4-10 team members.
JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to work well with others as part of team.
• Physical work is expected to assist the team as necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to do light service and maintenance on equipment.
• Valid driver’s license is required with the ability to get a CDL.
• Must follow all Company Safety Requirements.
• Good Communication Skills.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not necessary.
• Prefer two or more years’ experience in concrete construction.
