What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Guard position at T47 International?
Responsibilities:
Duties include standing static-access and facility roving posts, checking employee badges, signing in visitors, and performing other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Applicants must have at least three (3) years of armed security (work) experience. Candidates with military police, law enforcement, or corrections officer experience are desirable.
SKILLS AND TRAINING:
Currently possess or have held a Top Secret Security Clearance within the last twelve months. Qualifying candidates will receive additional training in: Weapons, CPR, First Aid, and OC spray certification among others after selection.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be US citizen
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clean credit and criminal history.
- Must pass standard Physical Agility Test
- Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation.
- Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.
- Must be flexible to work varying hours and shifts to include weekends
