Job description :
This role will support the Software Asset Management Director in executing software asset management operational tasks. The role focuses on maintaining the software inventory, license management and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities :
Review weekly purchases and identify items that require action.
- Create record updates on new software purchases.
- Submit content requests or service requests and follow up accordingly.
- Normalize software inventory data within asset management tool.
- Provide governance reports and performance updates.
- Facilitate the collection of license entitlements and supporting documentation per software.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions.
- Track, maintain, and coordinate license and maintenance agreement renewals with software owners.
- Assist in software review process, capturing updates and decisions.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
