What You'll Be Doing:

As our Customer Service Lead, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is a memorable one. You'll be diving into tasks that range from expertly packaging and shipping items to providing essential document services. Alongside your talented colleagues, you'll be ringing up sales, offering a helping hand with printing and copying needs, and even delving into mailbox services. 

What We're Looking For:

We're not just searching for a regular employee; we're in need of a vibrant individual who's excited to bring their A-game to our team. If you're fueled by a passion for customer service and a natural flair for connecting with people, we want to hear from you. Your sales experience and business-oriented background will be the backbone of your success here. Being a computer whiz with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe is a must, and your ability to thrive under pressure will set you apart. Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
