What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Talent Groups?

• Technical certification in Manufacturing, Machining, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience supporting new equipment installs, facility startups, or production ramp-ups

• Advanced proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM)

• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and GD&T

• Demonstrated experience mentoring and hands-on problem solving.

Salary : $45 - $48
