We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Nashville. This role will focus on monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting cybersecurity issues, supporting clients in strengthening their security posture, and ensuring the smooth operation of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the client’s cybersecurity environment and products.
• Monitor, configure, and resolve cybersecurity issues using related tools and technologies.
• Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents, collaborating with the Level 3 (L3) team on root cause analysis (RCA), data/log collection, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain documentation such as configuration guides, test plans, and operational manuals. Provide training to the L1 team to enhance their operational knowledge.
• Review and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in review calls, and provide recommendations for policy changes.
• Implement changes to security systems, monitor security device performance, and optimize performance as needed.
• Prepare detailed analyses and progress reports, addressing any project challenges, and ensuring high-quality work and accuracy in client deliverables.
