Are you an experienced Trainer with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Trainer to work at their company in Cincinnati, OH.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Work with Project Leaders to develop training requirements for partners.
- Develop selling skills training for partners and ensure global implementation.
- Drive product training on a timely basis by collaborating with specialists in each product line.
- Periodically revise training materials to keep them up-to-date.
- Manage a digitized repository of training material to ensure easy access to channel partners and managers.
- Implement training modules on the internal portal to assign and track training credits.
- Manage University weeks on an annual basis ensuring timely registrations and target partner participation.
- Drive regular surveys to obtain feedback on existing training and identify needs/gaps for new training.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Making and Packing technology. Experience with P&G Work systems, IQOQPQ and TT&T
- Degree from an accredited university.
- Previous experience in sales training and training operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Salary : $20 - $25
