Job Type: Full-Time | 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $17/hr
Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated and reliable Assemblers to join our team at a fast-paced automotive manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling vehicle components with precision and efficiency to meet production and quality standards. No prior assembly experience is required—training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
Conduct basic quality checks on finished parts to ensure compliance with standards
Work on a fast-paced production line to meet daily manufacturing goals
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Communicate issues or defects to supervisors or quality team
Adhere to all company safety and production policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and equipment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
