- Someone who can adapt the changes very quickly and great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Degree in Engineering, Business, supply chain, transportation, logistics management OR Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Logistics, Packaging, Supply Chain, etc)atleast 5Yrs Work Experience in given areas – must have
- Overtime: 30%
- The applicant is only responsible for their own safety shoes; steel, aluminum, or composite toe, rest all other PPE
- What percentage or how often? 20%: Approximately 1wk Travel per 6wks per Project Need
- Where will they need to travel? NAMC Production Facilities/Sites
- If International, to/from which countries? USA, Mexico, Canada
- Meetings, Shop Go & See, Benchmarking
- What you bring (Must Have)
- Technical Degree in Engineering, Business, supply chain, transportation, logistics management Or Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Logistics, Packaging, Supply Chain, etc)5Yrs Work Experience
- New Model Body Shop Production Preparation Experience.
- Manufacturing Shop Project / Mass Production Experience.
- Experience planning internal logistics / conveyance processes [from dock door unload to lineside delivery] or course experience in manufacturing process planning.
- Vehicle Structure & Processing Knowledge.
- Advanced Engineering / Logistics Degree.
- Project Management experience would be great.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems and investigate related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Logistics / Conveyance/PC experience in manufacturing environment or course work.
