Job Title: Analytical Chemistry
Pay Rate: $26.24/hr (W2 contract)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Description:
The scientist will be working in Analytical Laboratory of the Company’s Atlanta R&D site with the responsibilities for hands-on wet chemistry testing; special testing for safety data (MSDS) on beverage bases; sample preparations and operations of HPLC-UV, RID for beverage ingredients and additives and ion chromatography for anions in sparkling and still beverages by the established procedures. In addition, the scientist will be responsible for sample management, including sample login, data storage, and data reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:
- BS degree in Chemistry or related with 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Experiences on method development and validation; building analytical capabilities; designing experiments; conducting routine and non-routine testing; interpreting data; and communicating to technical and non-technical audience are desirable.
- Hands-on experiences in wet chemistry, SDS testing, sample preparations and operations of LC and LC/MS are preferred.
- Good skills in communication (verbal and written), instrument maintenance, data correlation and interpretation are essential.
- Experiences in sample cleanup and sample preparation techniques from various matrices for routine and non-routine qualitative and quantitative analyses are needed.
- The ability in fast acquiring analytical chemistry knowledge and instrument operation skills as well as building network and collaborations with peers and clients are strong preferred.
