Executive Assistant

The Taney County Health Department is a thriving Local Public Health Department located in Branson and Forsyth Missouri. The Taney County Health Department is seeking a part-time, 24 hours per week, non-exempt Executive Assistant. Responsibilities include providing direct support to the director and leadership team, customer service, responding to correspondence, manager calendars, edits and proofreads documents, and other advanced administrative work.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years administrative clerk experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information, organized and multitasker needed. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information. The ideal applicant would need to be a team player, make our values a top priority, be able to self-start projects, work independently with minimal guidance, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

TCHD provides this position a benefits package which includes paid vacation, sick and holiday pay and contribution to the LAGERS Retirement system (currently contributing 18 % of employee salary)
