We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for our dynamic property management company. The Executive Assistant supports the company leadership and is essential in ensuring efficient daily operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage leadership calendars, communications, and follow-ups to ensure priorities are effectively organized and executed.
· Coordinate company events, team outings, and culture-building initiatives.
· Assist with reservations, guest coordination workflows, and the use of internal technology tools.
· Oversee office operations, including supplies, mail, vehicles, invoices, vendor codes, and general logistics.
· Support creative initiatives such as newsletters, social media content, and guest-facing materials.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Hospitality experience
- Strong customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
