An experienced and highly organized **Healthcare Quality Project Manager** to lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across our organization. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects aimed at improving patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality, project management methodologies, and data analytics.

- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field required.
- Master's degree Preferred (MPHMHA, MSN, MBA or similar field)
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, project management or healthcare operations
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma required.
- Project Management Professional or equivalent- preferred
- Certification Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) -- a plus
- Strong working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficient in Project Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, IBM SBP)
- Excellent communication, Leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced healthcare setting
