The Training and QA Associate with Tarragon Property Services will provide personalized training to each office employee and develop processes and procedures that will allow the team to be more efficient and effective. This position is responsible for supporting the Training and QA Manager and reducing office employee turnover rates across the board.

- Oversee the employee onboarding training process, and work with TPS regional and HR teams.
- Coach new and current TPS team members on the day-to-day responsibilities of site operations.
- Develop and present monthly recurring webinars regarding site operations and procedures.
- Assist Training and QA Manager(s) with 90-day mentorship program to help foster professional development and create a feeling of belonging within TPS.
- Review training processes and programs; Identify training opportunities and make recommendations to the Training and QA Manager(s).
- Respond to all support HUB tickets within 24 hours; respond immediately to emergency requests.
- Assist with Grace Hill training and validate Secret Shop reports.
- Become an expert in the Aspire e-learning platform and oversee all monthly compliance trainings and reports.
- Assist in creating and updating SOP documents, quick guides, and TPS Hub content.
- Work to continuously improve and enhance the employee experience and help increase employee retention.
- 5 years of multifamily property management experience in a variety of positions.
- Must have a reliable car, a valid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain one prior to job commencement), a clean driving record, and proof of valid insurance.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Experience managing and training a diverse office staff including management and leasing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, and Zoom products.
- Passionate about teaching and helping others reach their full potential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
