Summary
Provide full Administrative, clerical and general office support to Assistant Director, three Managers and one Architect. Administrate parking allocations. Generate documents and reports for various projects and activities. Track and order all necessary supplies and equipment to ensure successful operation of management and supervisory personnel. Maintain records and files, and telephone reception.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives & screens phone calls, correspondence and visitors. Refers to appropriate person. Answers routine questions & furnish info as needed.
- Organizes & maintains office/dept. files and records.
- Types forms, memos and letters for review often of technical and/or confidential nature.
- Assembles relevant data & prepares regular reports.
- Responds to routine requests for info & answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor's attention. Refers complex questions to appropriate staff member.
- Assigns & monitors work of others.
- Background Security Checks. Secure all paperwork needed from all vendors and potential employees.
- Back up time administrator.
- Assigns and maintains files for parking spaces containing confidential employee information. Enters parking additions and cancellations into SAP for payroll deductions.
- Maintains a current vendor list.
- Assists Facilities Management staff with SAP issues.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
NOTE: You must fill out the work history and education sections of application to show you have years of experience/education as required by hiring department or be disqualified.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) full-time years related experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; proficient typing and computer skills.
- Good communication, multiple tasks and knowledge of office equipment.
- Must have the ability to work well with others.

Tarrant County will conduct background checks on new hires that will include a criminal background check related to convictions and deferred adjudications in the past seven years and may include credit reports, motor vehicle records, employment records and educational attainment. A conviction or deferred adjudication is not an automatic bar to employment. Each case is considered individually.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, lift, push and pull.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
