Product Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Management Specialist to join our team.
The E-commerce Product Management Specialist will manage the product portfolio for our
e-commerce platform, ensure that our products are optimized for online sales channels, and drive
revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving e-commerce sales
and managing product portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the product portfolio for the e-commerce platform, including product selection,
pricing, and promotions.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product listings are optimized for
online sales channels and that product content is accurate and compelling.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
● Monitor sales performance and analytics to optimize product listings, pricing, and
promotions.
● Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute product campaigns
and promotions.
● Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
and pricing of products.
● Manage inventory levels and ensure that product availability meets demand.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve
our e-commerce platform.
● Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
● A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
● 2 years of experience in e-commerce product management, merchandising, or related
field is required, preferably in mainstream skincare.
● Willingness to attend trade shows and other business trips as needed is required.
● Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/ Spanish is required.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Knowledge of e-commerce sales channels/platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team environment.
● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and meet deadlines.
● Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive product portfolio optimization.
● Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times

Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $25 and $31 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a
