Position Description
We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company's front desk receptionist and as an office assistant. In this position, you will greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you'll be responsible for answering and managing the phones. As an office assistant, you must attend specific meetings, keep records, and follow up on action items. - Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients
- Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
- Fileessentialt documents and keep them well-organized
- Attend specific meetings and keep meeting record
- Follow up on action items from the meetings you attend
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze, compare, prioritize, and evaluate complex data.
- They are skilled in presenting data clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, to convey concepts and conclusions. Able to speak effectively to groups.
- Proficient in preparing technical reports and research.
- Demonstrated flexibility in meeting business requirements; worked extra hours as needed, worked under pressure, and dealt with emotional and confrontational situations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Administrative experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience demonstrating the ability to perform the position's duties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience using SAP CRM
- Experience serving as an office assistant or executive assistant.
