Role Description
Position: Accountant
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
TE'AMO BOBA & DESSERT is seeking a full-time Accountant. This hybrid role involves managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling accounts
- Monitoring expenses
- Create and analyze store-level Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
- Processing payroll
- Preparing tax returns
- Tracking accounts receivable and payable
- Analyzing sales trends and sales data
- Additional financial and accounting-related tasks as required
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
