Electrical Engineer

Leading company in the energy sector is seeking an Electrical Engineer who specializes in Motors and Generators to join the company's consulting services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general engineering consultations in the area of Motors & Generators to field operations such as refineries, gas plants, terminals, as needed.
• Write company procedures and best practices in the area of expertise.
• Provide consultation and reviews for capital project developments reviewing engineering design packages.
• Introduce new technology that would boost company profitability and productivity.
• Represent the company in dealings with vendors, manufacturers, and/or design firms where expert engineering advice is required.
• Conduct peer-review of technical reports and reviews work of third party, project designs, technology reports, and engineering standards.
• Share knowledge and experience with, as well as mentor, junior and developing engineers within the company.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. MS or other advanced professional engineering degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including years as an engineer responsible for technical work in his field of specialty.
• Open to relocation to KSA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in sizing, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting of high voltage electrical machines.

They will be able to provide technical support in the development of new processes, equipment or techniques, facility designs and solutions to unusual operating and maintenance problems.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
