Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects by coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Travel will be required.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera and HeavyBid for project scheduling and tracking.
- Prepare and manage contracts related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling inspections, managing resources, and overseeing daily operations at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines, budgets, and any potential issues.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
- High School Diploma Required/associate degree/Certification preferred in related field preferred.
- Proficient in construction management software and basic project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Pay: $66,560.00 per year
