We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Full-time, Traveling Construction Coordinator to join our team in VA! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of an ongoing project.
Responsibilities:
- Short term travel will be required.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction site including blueprint interpretations, budgeting, and safety inspections.
- Maintain ongoing and elaborate communication with Project Managers surrounding project status.
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to maximize productivity and quality of work.
- Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
- High School Diploma Required/associate degree/Certification preferred in related field preferred.
- Proficient in construction management software and basic project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Pay: $66,560.00 per year
