Key Responsibilities:
Email Design & Production: Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touch points.
Create responsive email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
Develop modular components for scalable reuse across CXO activations.
Firefly‑Enhanced Creative Production: Use Adobe Firefly to generate net‑new assets, visual variations, or complementary imagery while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
Produce quick‑turn concepts using Firefly’s generative features.
Brand Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure all deliverables follow Altria portfolio brand standards; collaborate with activation leads, marketing teams, and brand partners.
Top Skills:
Ability to create email‑ready assets.
Skilled at transforming, resizing, re‑formatting, and repurposing existing brand assets and campaign materials into new email and digital deliverables.
Efficient at working within established brand libraries, using modular components, and maintaining consistency across variations.
Requirements:
2–5 years of professional email design experience, with a strong emphasis on email‑optimized asset creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced layer management, exports, optimization) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative email asset creation.
Experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design libraries, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
