Sourcing Specialist
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.
- The assignment is for one year.
- The ideal candidate will be local to the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
- The interview process will be in person.
Responsibilities
- Review and issue IT/TIS purchase orders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Work collaboratively within a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
- Handle sensitive information, including private, personal, and company data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, legal, or information technology.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Supply Chain or Business Administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Required: Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft and SAP is a must.
- Preferred: Priority and project management skills, strong computer proficiency, value and cost analysis skills, and a solid understanding of procurement practices, business and contract law, and accounting principles.
