Technical Portfolio Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: San Antonio, TX (highly preferred), or anywhere within Texas with onsite requirement once per month.
We're looking for a skilled and strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the main IT liaison for various business units, playing a critical part in shaping our technological future. You'll work within a team that oversees a diverse portfolio covering 11 lines of business, including key areas like Credit and Insurance. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT liaison for various internal business units.
- Contribute to managing a diverse portfolio spanning 11 lines of business
- Drive comprehensive strategic IT portfolio management, overseeing the full scope of portfolio responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain clear and effective project and initiative roadmaps.
- Lead robust resource and capacity planning for all IT projects to ensure efficient execution.
- Act as a key advocate for both the CIO's strategic vision and the evolving needs of our business units.
- Innovate and develop new IT capabilities, actively shaping the future technological landscape of the organization.
- Proactively explore emerging technologies and solutions to maintain our competitive edge.
- Drive effective change management processes to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives across IT and leadership.
