By being successful in this role you will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance-based compensation tied to key initiatives.Sales Revenue Generation:You drive the conversion of leads into contracts with an average value of $4M–$6M USD.Maintains Deal Momentum: You provide the constant negotiation and local market knowledge required to hit a target of 15–20 signed contracts annually.JOB Overview:The Dental Sell-Side Advisor is converting dental leads into high-value signed contracts.You will navigate the complex landscape of private equity-backed Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and act as a strategic advisor for multi-million-dollar transitions.This role requires a sophisticated blend of financial literacy, local market credibility, and the ability to build deep trust with practitioners as they transition their life’s work.Experience:5 years of experience and proven background in finance, investment banking, or equity sales.
