What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Operations Intern - Internal Opportunity position at Tecovas?

Tecovas is looking for a Retail Operations intern to immerse themselves in tasks and projects that will enable and elevate Radical Hospitality in stores. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Retail Operations, you will have a direct impact on the testing and rolling out of new retail initiatives that are centered on the customer experience.
What you'll do:
Tecovas was born out of a love for cowboy boots, their time-honored craftsmanship, rich materials that last, and traditional styling that always looks good. Each pair of Tecovas boots is crafted by hand in over 200 steps. It's not the easiest or cheapest method, but we're committed to classic construction techniques that stand the test of time. With 42 retail stores (and counting) across the country, we're bringing western goods into new frontiers and aim to be the most welcoming brand in western. We're certainly growing- and hiring passionate, humble, positive, and talented people determined to help us continue to grow!

- Create data visualization as needed
- Solicit field feedback
- Track tasks deployed to the field
- Monitor support channels for field inquiries
- Support Retail HQ initiatives
- Current and active Tecovas employee
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university
- Majoring in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Able to find creative solutions to daily problems
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
