Roof Services, a Tecta America Company is offering an exciting opportunity to have a sales career in and industry that will always be around - roofing. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors.
Duties:
- Calling and meeting with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors
- Build professional relationships
- Expand and create a customer base
- Help maintain contact with current and potential customers
- Preform research and analysis using customer database and our resources
- Assist in the development of company marketing
- Thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast paced environment
- Support regional sale efforts
- Submit expenses bi-weekly for approval
- Track all sales communication
Qualifications:
- Must currently be in sales, marketing, advertising, or business
- Must be able to get on rooftops by ladder, roof hatch, and stairs
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Maintain professionalism
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
