The Role at a Glance
The Promotional Services Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing the inventory of branded apparel and promotional items for the TEEX DPS (Digital Print Services). This position ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and external requests, maintains strong relationships with vendors, provides excellent customer service, and ensures that all branded items meet agency quality standards and brand guidelines.
This position reports to the Director, Digital Printing Services.
Qualifications of the Role
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in procurement, logistics, marketing, or administrative coordination.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Equivalency: Will consider an associate’s degree in a related field and four years of procurement, logistics, marketing, or administrative coordination experience or a high school diploma/GED with six years of procurement, logistics, marketing, or administrative coordination experience.
