this person will be working on the hardware and software side, in the past they needed a systems administration background but now want someone who is actively helping solve problems between the platforms too. multiple on prem platforms and need someone with Linux experience specifically because they're working in a red hat environment.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
As a Platform Engineer, you will be leveraging agile methodologist on a fully dedicated scrum team to build, test, and deploy contemporary data platforms for the enterprise. In addition, your team will be responsible for maintaining the lifecycle management of existing data platforms across the enterprise. Whether a new feature or bug fix, you will help your squad deliver the most elegant scalable solutions, all while learning and growing your skills.
