Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to service, billing, technical support, and account management. You’ll manage both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and initiate phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through installations
• Resolve billing questions and update account information
• Handle cancellations and return procedures
• Log activity in Oodoo and maintain vendor systems (e.g., UPS, merchant accounts)
• Educate new hires on workflows and processes
• Provide exceptional service that retains and saves customers

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (phone support preferred)
• Strong multitasking skills—comfortable using computers while speaking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Open availability required (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
