What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at TEKsystems?
Description:
Second Shift Monday - Friday (2:00 P - 11:00 P)
1. Experience supporting IT Hardware including traditional IT (Laptops, Desktops, mobility, peripherals), but also experience supporting handheld devices such as Handheld Scanners / Printers, RFID Scanners, and technology that you would find in a Distribution Center Environment.
2. Experience in supporting Windows 10 platform in enterprise environment as well as all Microsoft Tools, troubleshooting Microsoft Office / M365 / O365 / Active Directory etc.
3. Light networking and systems knowledge will be nice to have
Nice to have: Distribution Center environment, so experience supporting DC / Warehouse IT Technology is a VERY Nice to have / required.
Provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
