What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pc Technical Support position at TEKsystems?
Desktop Deployment project. Start date is early December and will last over a year.
Responsibilities will include following detailed documentation for building machines, preparing for deployment (Go Live Project), and providing support to branch locations throughout this critical phase.

*Troubleshoot PC-related issues effectively.
*Adhere strictly to provided instructions while also being proactive in learning new processes.
*Play a pivotal role in establishing build processes from the ground up.
*Identify any gaps within existing procedures and contribute valuable insights for improvement.
*Retain important information and adapt to evolving project needs as necessary.
