In this contingent resource assignment you may: Support Securities Operations proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex operational support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
no direct contact with customers/ clients, will need to send notifications to financial advisors, could be on the phones
Reviewing trades for CDCS Reimbursement Eligibility & submitting trade correction requests (fully or partially reimburse)
currently have a short term process that FINRA has required them to build out, goal is to build off that and automate in the next 12 mos.
will need to flex to other functions of mutual funds

exp with Excel (reports are in this), familiar with the phone companies perspectis language. understanding rules laid out in the program. working a new report created .
