Job Description
Duties:
- Performs microbiological and molecular biology research activities including plating media, PCR and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment.
- Records observations and measurements and reports results.
- Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining Lab equipments.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in microbiology and molecular biology/biochemistry.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry/Biology
