Office Manager / Branch Manager

Rogers, AR | On-site, Full-Time


An established and growing provider of equipment solutions for the heavy construction industry is looking for a Branch Manager to lead operations at its Rogers, AR location.


This is a hands-on, high-impact role — perfect for someone who can juggle competing priorities, and enjoys working with both people and processes. If you’ve got experience in rentals, operations, or construction support services, this could be a great next step.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day branch leadership — overseeing inventory, coordinating field teams, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency across sales, rentals, and support. This role touches every part of the business, requiring a strong blend of administrative, logistical, and leadership skills.


You’ll work closely with field-based sales and support reps, delivery staff, and a small but dedicated branch team to ensure everything runs smoothly — from customer orders to equipment deliveries and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch operations including inventory, rentals, customer service, and facility upkeep
  • Manage a small team including office support staff
  • Support inside sales activities and customer walk-ins
  • Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, working closely with drivers and logistics
  • Maintain rental fleet readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to improve processes and enforce policy
  • Coordinate closely with field sales and support to ensure seamless service delivery


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a branch, rental, operations, or equipment management role
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and comfort juggling admin and people-facing tasks
  • Excellent communication and a proactive, customer-first approach
  • Organizational know-how and comfort with scheduling, reporting, and inventory tools
  • Interest or experience in the construction or equipment rental space
