About The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional workstreams to deliver the final stages of middle office transformation.
- Partner with business leads and SMEs to ensure readiness for conversion.
- Oversee testing, issue resolution, and conversion planning.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Drive accountability, set agendas, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- 8 years of business project management experience within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of middle office operations, including risk, reconciliations, and P&L processes.
- Experience leading vendor outsourcing or third-party service provider transitions (BNY Mellon experience a plus).
- Proven success managing testing and conversion cycles in complex environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Work Model: 4 days onsite, 1 remote (Baltimore, Harbor Point)
- Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
- Interview Process: 2 rounds, typically 5–6 total interviews via Teams
