Position Summary
Tequila Centinela, Mexico’s oldest tequila distillery (est. 1904), is relaunching in the U.S. with bold commercial momentum. As we expand across key markets, we’re hiring a Development Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead field execution in one of our most dynamic territories.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field — building distributor relationships, opening key accounts, driving trade activation, and bringing Centinela to life one bar, one shelf, one pour at a time.

Must-Haves
- Based in Las Vegas, Nevada (local candidates only)
- 3–6 years of experience in wines & spirits field sales or brand ambassadorship
- Strong network in the Las Vegas hospitality, nightlife, and retail scene
- On-premise and Off-premise experience is a must
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) ideal but not mandatory
What You’ll Own
- Open new On- and Off-premise accounts and grow existing relationships
- Conduct tastings, menu placements, staff trainings, and POS execution
- Act as the local lead for distributor reps and key retail partners
- Support execution of events, samplings, and activations in partnership with the marketing team
- Track placements, KPIs, and sales performance across your territory
- Help shape market-level strategy and contribute to seasonal planning
- Represent the brand with cultural authenticity, professionalism, and energy
