Position Summary
Tequila Centinela, Mexico’s oldest tequila distillery (est. 1904), is relaunching in the U.S. with bold commercial momentum. As we expand across key markets, we’re hiring a Development Manager in Los Angeles to lead field execution in one of the most influential spirits markets in the country.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field — building distributor relationships, opening key accounts, driving trade activation, and bringing Centinela to life one bar, one shelf, one pour at a time.

Must-Haves
- Based in Los Angeles or surrounding areas (local candidates only)
- 3–6 years of experience in wines & spirits field sales or brand ambassadorship
- Strong network in the Los Angeles on-premise and luxury retail scene
- Experience in both On-premise and Off-premise environments
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
What You’ll Own
- Open new On- and Off-premise accounts and grow existing relationships
- Conduct tastings, menu placements, staff trainings, and POS execution
- Act as the local lead for distributor reps and key retail partners
- Execute events, samplings, and brand moments in collaboration with marketing
- Track placements, KPIs, and sales performance across your territory
- Lead seasonal planning and market-level execution in close collaboration with leadership
- Represent Centinela with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
