Position Description
As a Commercial Cleaner at Terran’s Spic and Span, you will perform daily cleaning tasks as detailed in the scope of work for the location(s) that you are assigned to. This position focuses on providing quality cleaning services throughout each day of service to keep our clients and customers satisfied and safe.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around commercial building.
- Cleans floors and rooms/offices. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Notifies the team lead or area manager of any issues or concerns regarding the cleaning.
- Locks the doors at the end of night shifts if required.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
Physical Demands & Environment
May occasionally lift objects of 25 to 50lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.25 per hour
