Educate clients on ADU options, design possibilities, permitting processes, and budget considerations.
Create and present detailed project estimates based on client needs and site conditions.
Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope of work.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring clarity on costs, timelines, and next steps.
Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close deals.
