- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of restoration experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Basic math skills to determine appropriate equipment usage.
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and mobile reporting tools.
- Preferred Certifications (IICRC Certified Candidates Highly Desired):
- Opportunities for advanced certification in:
- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide restoration services, including mold mitigation and fire & water damage restoration (certification opportunities available).
- Accurately complete documentation and obtain customer authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory and stock of tools and materials.
- Keep a detailed daily log and complete work orders.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry equipment and technology.
- Uphold company standards by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
