Job TitleProgram Coordinator Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Research Department Vice Chancellor of Agriculture - Management Proposed Minimum SalaryCommensurate Job LocationCollege Station, Texas Job TypeStaff Job Description The Program Coordinator will help manage the alumni outreach and stakeholder engagement activities for Texas A&M AgriLife. Responsibilities: Alumni Outreach Coordinate the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Outstanding Alumni and Early Career Alumni Awards. Assist with the College of Agriculture Development Council semi-annual meetings, invoicing of members, and webpage maintenance. Coordinate alumni activities such as an annual women in agriculture and life sciences conference, monthly webinar series, and regional networking happy hours for former students. Coordinate graduation celebration before commencement each semester. Assist with former student messaging via Emma for event invites, holiday messages, etc. Work with AgriLife Marketing and Communications on social media strategy for former student highlights Stakeholder Engagement Assist with maintaining stakeholder contact database with correct contact information. Assist with staffing regional stakeholder events. Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in coordinating programs and/or administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask with great attention to detail. Interpersonal and customer service skills using tact, patience, courtesy, and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
