Responsibilities: -Collect plant data (leaf area index, Chlorophyll content), and soil water data (download data from dataloggers). - Install soil water sensors, and read the sensors and flow meters - Setting Field Experiments - Labor Work ( Collect plant samples, weed and harvest) - Work in the lab (weighing and measuring plant materials) - Organize and process data in the computer - Other duties as required Required Education & Experience: -High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Two years of related experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -Working knowledge of computer and software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, project management and databases. Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Other Requirements: - Employee may stand for long periods of time. This position is dependent on grant funding. All positions are security-sensitive.
