The Department of Chemistry, College of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University is seeking applications for one part-time, non-tenure-track position at the Senior Professor rank to advise graduate students, serve as chair on graduate committees, and participation in the Department of Energy, Energy Frontier Research Center - Reconfigurable Electronic Materials Inspired by Nonlinear Nueron Dynamics (REMIND). In addition to their teaching, the successful applicant will have a strong commitment to graduate chemistry education and student success. The anticipated start date will be September 9, 2024 and will be 9 months for the 2024-2025 academic year with a possibility of renewal beyond that period.
Earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and ability to mentor students outside the classroom.
