What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electric Assembly I position at Texas Hydraulics Inc?
Hydromotion has been a trusted leader in fluid and electric transition components since 1971. Due to continued growth, we are adding an Electric Assembler to our first-shift Assembly Team.
What You’ll Do
Assemble, test, and repair electrical and mechanical components
Read and follow work instructions and engineering prints
Measure, cut, strip, tin, and solder wire and connectors
Install wire sheathing, heat shrink, insulation, and epoxy
Use hand and power tools to build finished assemblies
Perform functional testing using test equipment
Stamp or etch serial numbers on components
Clean parts and assemblies manually or with automated equipment
What We’re Looking For
Ability to read and understand prints (or willingness to learn)
1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working with tools and electrical components
