Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Austin, TX. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Day-to-day tasks include tracking and recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will also provide support in financial planning and analysis, maintain accurate and organized records, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial health of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Record Management, Account Reconciliation, and Transaction Tracking
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements, Budgets, and Analyzing Financial Data
• Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and Audit Support
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to collaborate with different departments and provide financial insights
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Previous experience in the commercial or industrial sector is advantageous
