Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.

Position Summary: Provides advocacy, intensive case management, and Wraparound services to clients and parents of assigned caseload. Also provides crisis services to clients and families in need of intervention in the YES Waiver program or TRR LOC-4 , in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Performs other duties as assigned by program director. The position will work within the Trauma Informed Care Model adopted by TCC and follows all requirements necessary for CCBHC standards.

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Counselling with two (2) years Human Services experience
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable

• 
  Current driver’s license and vehicle for use while at work
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred

• 
  Ability to speak a second language relevant to population served preferred
• Must be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and understand other electronic software programs/systems used by TCC
• Consistently practices Trauma Informed Model of Care, understands and considers the pervasive nature of trauma
• The knowledge of cultural differences and ability to work with individuals from different cultural background
