SALES MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an excellent career opportunity for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for assisting the Company continue its aggressive sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales objectives. A critical component of this role, among those detailed below, will include the recruitment, hiring, development, and training of a Sales team responsible to sell our suite of services in our relevant business markets.

As the Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of Sales, and will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue.
You will be directly responsible for the following:
Required Skills and Experience:

· Understand Total Fire Protection’s strategy, business, and growth initiatives.
· Directly responsible to manage all day-to-day Sales
· Responsible for developing a solid and reliable topline sales forecast.
· Outline clear sales goals for each team member and creates plans to achieve them accordingly
· Focus on driving sales and tracking and analyzing performance against plan.
· Promote accountability to drive superior business results and execution of our business process
· Responsible for leading and driving a team of strong Sales Representatives
· Develop, inspire, and manage a high-performance team
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales
Representatives
· Prepares sales report showing sales volume, closure rates and sales performance
· Reviews and analyzes sales performances against quotas and determine effectiveness
· Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
· Structure and conduct Sales Meetings as necessary.
· Ability to lead Sales presentations, team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, etc.
· Design and Implement Training Procedures for New Account Representatives
· Meet and exceed quarterly & yearly sales projections
Requirements:
· BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a consistent sales record of driving new
business and 3-years with sales management experience is required
· Driven, a self-starter, who loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and the business of our clients
· Successful previous experience as a Sales representative and Sales Manager,
consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Direct experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, with focus on Salesforce Enterprise CRM platform
· Committed to continuous education in the industry through workshops, seminars and conferences
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment
Compensation / Benefits:
· Base Salary per annum, plus quarterly commission,
consistent with the Company’s Commission schedule and policy.
