Minimum six months experience in production or manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and consistent quality awareness

Good verbal communication and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive upper-body and arm movements, including bending, twisting, on pull/push cycles next to the machine

Able to lift and safely carry items weighing 20 to 50?lb, occasionally, with proper technique or team lift as needed

Capable of standing or walking continuously for an entire shift (11.5?hour extended or split shifts)

Excellent attendance is essential; must adhere to schedule and punctuality expectations
