A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor:
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring The Arc Wayne Key Industries location is properly maintained and provide supervision for facilities staff.
- Oversees maintenance systems like air handlers and boiler
- Provides supervision to facilities personnel and ensure staff complete all assigned tasks
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment
- Works with contractor's as needed
- Ensures proper maintenance of equipment
- Maintains effective customer service and working relationships with staff, consumers and all others
- Other duties as assigned
Who We Are Looking For:
- Associates degree with two years' experience in a residential and commercial building trade or similar experience. A combination of education and or experience may be considered.
- Two years' supervisory experience
- Valid New York State Driver License that meets Agency driver standards
You are organized, have great communication skills and provide excellent customer service.
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm with flexibility to meet program needs
